About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safety Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company EHS policies.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments (HIRA).
- Maintain safety documentation and liaise with authorities.
2. Hazard Identification & Risk Mitigation
- Identify unsafe conditions and implement CAPA.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents.
3. Safety Systems & Initiatives
- Implement safety programs and improvement projects.
- Ensure machine safety and ergonomics.
4. Training & Awareness
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs.
5. Incident Management & Emergency Preparedness
- Investigate incidents and conduct mock drills.
6. Contractor & Vendor Safety Management
- Ensure safety compliance, monitoring & Reporting
