About the Role
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Proficient in Go Lan, Python, Tensorflow, Javascript, Html, php.
- Proficient in handling database (time series based and raw data)
- At least one or two years’ experience in technical support and after sales services.
- Knowledge in SCADA system and Industrial Protocol would be an added advantage.
- Passionate, meticulous and tech savvy.
- Enthusiastic in learning new technology and strong commitment to customer service.
- Strong creativity & clear understanding of the system’s architecture to generate solutions to cater to customer’s need.
- Analytical, self-motivated and a good team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
