Your Job
The Senior Thermal Design Engineer leads thermal solution development for CSBU products, including AEC transceivers, cages, and liquid cooling solutions. This role provides technical leadership, influences product architecture through thermal insight, and mentors engineers while working closely with global cross functional teams.
What You Will Do
Lead thermal design and optimization for air‑cooled and liquid‑cooled electronic products.
Drive thermal architecture decisions and influence product design through simulation, analysis, and validation.
Perform advanced thermal simulation, validation, and simulation‑to‑measurement correlation.
Develop and review thermal validation strategies and test plans.
Generate comprehensive thermal assessments and present design recommendations to internal and global customers.
