Roles & Responsibilities:

1:Work directly with cross-functional stakeholders & Internal engineers to resolve issues regarding performance, parts and customer expectations.

2:Develop and execute test plans to ensure design intent is met for existing and future products. Develop and execute test plans to ensure reliability specifications are met for existing and future products.

3:Act as a lead in driving project, corrective actions in the field/Test Lab as they relate to product performance. Work with product engineering/ New product development team to conceptualize and implement improvements to existing product for cost reductions and performance improvements.
