**Responsibilities**

+ Provide engineering and technical support for Project Modification team supporting key accounts
+ Assist to supervise modernization project in carrying out the project plan
+ Ensure completion on project schedule and resources, as well as compliance to contract requirement
+ Monitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
+ Coordinate and work closely with Government sectors such as EMSD and Housing Authority to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirements
+ Champion Quality, Safety and Cost control
