About the Role

Job Summary: 
  
1. Serve as a Field Service Engineer.
2. Implement PSS - DeltaV DCS services, including AMC, PWAMC, CAMC, ST100, ST200, chargeable services, and ad hoc services under KOB3.
3. Provide system support for Guardian, DeltaV Batch, DeltaV SIS, Charms SIS, DeltaV Charms, VIM, third-party communication, system maintenance, and in-house service support.
4. Generate leads for KOB3 business opportunities.
5. Delivery services in alignment with SMO standards.
  
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:  
Will be responsible for managing DeltaV installed base of 40-45 systems across the East region.  
Will be allocated 25-30 Active AMC / Service Contracts for Maintenance Contract Execution which will consume 200–220 site visit days annually including travel.  
Billing value from allocated sites will be 180-200 KUSD.
