About the Role

 Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building or relevant discipline
 At least 8 years of relevant experience in property development
 Possess sound knowledge and experience in conducting feasibility studies, project planning, tendering, contract administration, construction methodology & process and authority liaisons
 Draw up Master Details Program – Monitoring & tracking
 Must be able to lead a team of professional (Architects, Planners and Engineers)
 Strong leadership, coordination and interpersonal skill
