Engineer – Process Engineering & Development

Job Description

• Responsible for New Product Introduction, process transfer, qualification of new production equipment/machine and conducting First Article Report
• Conduct research and development materials projects, as well as design experiments for investigation into root causes of materials issues and resolve the issues
• Provide process support for metal fabrication and consolidation by Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM), heat treatment, machining and all their related processes
• Responsible for input required to prepare process related documents such as process travelers, specific work instructions, process procedures & specifications and actual process performance
• Investigate process and quality problems and implement immediate short term fixes and long term solutions
