Requirements

·       Strategic Planning - Develop 12-month rolling forecasts and set operational strategies to achieve financial goals

·       Budget preparation & capacity planning

·       Ensure smooth production running and on time delivery to customer.

·       Ensure processes and procedures which are strictly followed in Secheron.

·       Supply Chain & Production Control - Lead demand planning and ensure alignment with budget. <...
