Engineer, Manufacturing (Process & Equipment)

Own and maintain equipment used in wave soldering, conformal coating, and potting processes, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedule.

Maintain accurate equipment documentation, including maintenance checklist and calibration activity.

Collaborate with process engineers to fine-tune equipment parameters and support continuous process improvements.

Lead the installation, calibration, and qualification of new equipment, working closely with process and production teams.

Ability to work with limited supervision, multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

JOB-RELATED SKILLS

2+ years of PCB experience with wave soldering, conformal coating, and potting preferred.
