Management of Work Processes and Administrative
Requirement
● Ensure the timely request, issuance and processing of
the various work processes such as PR, PO, and IO's.

● Monitor, and review budget making sure proper IO
allocation on PR & PO of Parts & Materials, Services,
Tools, Logistics, Transportation, PPE requirements and
Accommodation for CMG personnel.

● Ensure timely procurement, transport and deliveries of
goods, materials, tools, logistics and services needed for
PMS, Repair and RTS activities;

● Monitors progress of PMS, Repair and RTS activities and
collate relevant data and information for purposes of
creating a post outage reports (POR);

● Secure Vendor's Activity and Service Completion Reports
in collaboration with ORE, CMG FS Support, CMG Field
Services and Facility Maintenance,to be incorporated in
the POR as appendices;
