The position focuses on maintaining optimal machine conditions, improving team technical capability, and driving continuous equipment and process improvements to support uninterrupted production operations.
What You Will Do:
Monitor and review maintenance activities to ensure manufacturing equipment is always available for production use.
Monitor team performance and machine performance and establish effective controls to maintain optimal machine conditions.
Improve team technical knowledge through the development and implementation of Troubleshooting Guides (TSG).
