In this role, you’ll design, plan, and implement process, tooling, workstation, and equipment improvements that elevate quality, productivity, and operational performance across ship construction, delivery, and repair programs.
As a trusted change leader, you’ll partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to influence and embed improvements using structured change‑management practices, data‑driven insights, and a clear understanding of policies, standards, and best practices.
