Asst ME Technician - Mechanical
Roles and Responsibilities :
Knowledge on breakdown, Preventive & predictive maintenance
Maintenance of die’s (Applicators).
Analyzing daily breakdown & initiating countermeasures
Co-ordination with team for maintenance activities.
Knowledge on MTTR & MTBF calculation
Localization of imported spare parts
Knowledge of Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan
Knowledge of W/H Manufacturing process.
Spare part planning & procuring, Maintain optimum spare inventory
Tool lifetime study & monitoring
Co-ordination with Engg & MFG team for ECN & new project implementation
Eligibility/Qualifications/ Experience :
Diploma - Mechanical/Electrical
Min 3 - 5 Years’ experience in W/H manufacturing Industry
