About the Role
Process engineering team who support Head Stack Assembly (HSA) manufacturing from new product launch to mass production phase. Widely work with cross functional team to monitor and improve product/process performance to meet cost, quality, and delivery matrix.
About the role - you will:
· Learn about HSA process, assembly flow, rework flow, tester, and automation machines
· Work towards goals to reduce HSA scrap cost, improve rework yield and quality
· Collaboratively work with cross functional team to accomplish goals with improvement project
About you:
· Open-mind and enthusiastic to learn new thing
· Work well as individual and as a team
· Good attitude
· Good critical thinking skill
· Able to work under pressure
