About the Role

Job Summary
Provide process improvements. Generate procedures for the whole operations. Provide analysis, corrective actions and lot disposition for process and quality related concerns. Perform qualification buy-off and releases for new/change in Process/Flow, Manufacturing Software, Equipment, Device, Package, and Materials.
Job Responsibilities
Process Improvement 
Understand Process and Specifications 
Cost Reduction 
Process Qualification and Releases 
Metrics monitoring and update 
Customer complaints and returns management and support.
Support customer audits.
Tasks
Reduces LRR and Visual Mechanical rejects through Root Cause Analysis and providing corrective /preventive action.
Provide analysis, corrective actions and lot disposition for process and quality related concerns
Provides timely disposition on process related Hold Lots/Non-conformance lots
