+ Responsible for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects evaluation and execution at the site,
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve new products.
+ Participate in the design, prototyping, and testing of new products.
+ Work with Global Engineering team on product transfers and product development projects
+ Responsible for designing the required tools/fixtures.
+ Responsible to define the manufacturing process flow for new products
+ Responsible to handover to the new projects to Operations with required deliverables
