Engineer I - Failure Analysis

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY : The Failure Analysis (FA) engineer supports the Failure Analysis Engineering function by the product process review, enhance and develop the analysis method to monitoring field quality data for accuracy and consistency.

Performs engineering work in basic and applied research, development, design of new products and/or sustaining of existing products as well. Provide support to factory and design, give useful feedback to help solving the failure. A bridge between supplier, design, and factory.

Responsibilities

• Designs, modifies, and evaluates electronic apparatus components or circuitry for use in electronic equipment and devices.
• Creates, modifies, sustains, and maintains software for testing. Verify and improve test coverage.
• Design and modify the test fixture to meet and improve the product quality and decrease the operation cost by move detect (CA/PA) failure as early as we can. <...
