About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive machining processes.
Develop CNC programs for machining centers.
Design basic workholding or fixtures.
Assist production staff on process changes or revisions.
Collaboration with customers on product specifications.
Ownership for continuous improvement initiatives.
Durable and consumable tooling selection and improvement.
Make changes to upgrade existing manufacturing processes.
Assist with procurement of fixture material, fixture hardware and special tooling.
Required Qualifications
Basic knowledge of CNC programming, G and M codes.
Basic Fixture (work holding_ design knowledge.
Basic manufacturing and machining process knowledge.
Basic Tools knowledge.
