Engineer I

Responsibilities:

• Product support/ maintenance: Handle product sustaining activities which include driving product performance. Manage to provide engineering support and oversight to resolve manufacturing and quality-related issues with existing products.
• Issue Investigation: Collaborate with worldwide teams to investigate and understand the root causes of the product issues and failures.
• Evaluate and Analysis: Manage to assess and analyze data based on available information to diagnose and go through resolution processes.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps and solutions. Contribute to knowledge bases guides for future reference.
• Collaboration: Fast feedback to production line in case of deviation and issues identification.
