What You Will Do
1.Join customer's specification review in early stage, evaluate the risk and provide supports to PLM and MKT to finalize the SPEC
2. Take responsibility of architecture design and high risk technology. Good ability on risk prediction and control
3. Writes design documents. Assign the design tasks to engineers or take charge of schematic design. Provide guide to PCB layout engineer to finish PCB design
4.Review hardware related designs and development documentations, ensure the correctness and standardization
5.Provide advanced training for engineers. Be able to see the technical development direction, can lead junior engineer continuingly ...
