Manufacturing Engineer (Engine Assembly)

Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis: Assist in the analysis and documentation of existing engine assembly processes. Help identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Support Production: Provide on-the-floor support to the assembly teams. Help troubleshoot minor issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Data Collection & Reporting: Collect and analyze production data, such as cycle times, defect rates, and downtime. Prepare reports to help the team make data-driven decisions.
• Documentation: Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow charts.
• Lean Principles: Participate in continuous improvement projects and learn to apply Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S and Kaizen.
