Engineer ftc (fixed term contract)

Manufacturing Engineer (Engine Assembly)
Responsibilities:
Process Analysis : Assist in the analysis and documentation of existing engine assembly processes. Help identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, safety, and quality.
Support Production : Provide on-the-floor support to the assembly teams. Help troubleshoot minor issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Data Collection & Reporting : Collect and analyze production data, such as cycle times, defect rates, and downtime. Prepare reports to help the team make data-driven decisions.
Documentation : Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow charts.
Lean Principles : Participate in continuous improvement projects and learn to apply Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5 S and Kaizen.
Tooling & Equipment : Help with the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
