Continuously update FOSSA quality standards based on ECSS and MIL-STD.
Coordinate cross‑department reviews to ensure alignment between design, manufacturing and testing.
Lead Quality and Assembly department.
BSc. in Electronics, Telecommunications or Industrial engineering.
Development of related personal projects will be considered as experience)
Ability to interpret electrical schematics, PCB layouts or mechanical drawings.
Technically related personal projects will be valued.
Full professional proficiency in English.
