Manage customer complaints and ensure the 8D methodology is applied in handling investigations and report generation for customers. Develop problem verification plans and define necessary analysis steps, while supporting global production site colleagues in problem-solving activities. Conduct in-depth electrical failure analysis, data collection, and data analysis to support customer Failure Analysis Requests (FAR) using testers such as V93K, Magnum, Teradyne Ultraflex, and bench analysis. Perform detailed electrical failure analysis of rejected units to support improvement initiatives across front-end, back-end, silicon foundry, OSAT, and product line processes. Collaborate closely with Customer Interface, Design, Product, Package, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations to investigate customer quality issues and implement test-related corrective actions.
