Overview:
The E5 – Engineer is a professional engineer or geoscientist who applies engineering knowledge to provide innovative engineering, estimating, planning, and quality management services for medium to high complexity projects and/or operations safely, with quality, within budget, and on time.
What you will be doing:
Interpret O&P standards and advise business units on risk, controls, and compliance expectations.
Represent the company in communications with WECC and other regulatory bodies; build strong relationships with peer utilities to stay aligned with regulatory oversight trends.
Monitor emerging standards for impact, lead internal reviews, and coordinate responses.
Deliver training and coaching to enhance organizational understanding and readiness.
