Drilling Engineering, Well Control and Other Principles Application
● Provides a more comprehensive management of the Drilling and
Workover program analysis
● Promotes an atmosphere of Teamwork among the drilling
engineers, 3 rd party personnel, Integrated Subsurface Divisions,
FOM, service providers and other disciplines to ensure that wells are
planned and engineered in a manner that focuses in meeting the
objectives of the Reservoir, Production and Geological Groups as set
forth in the basis of design.
● Ensures alignment and commitment of all relevant technical teams
for the creation of efficient program towards successful attainment
of the objectives
● Manages the technical and engineering support of all relevant
technical groups and 3 rd party personnel in collaboration with the
contract SPOCs to ensure efficient program creation.
