Engineer, Customer Access Studies

Description

The AESO is the sole provider of system access service on the Alberta transmission system, and the AESO Customer Grid Access team is responsible for fulfilling this part of the AESO’s mandate. The Customer Access Studies (CAS) team handles interconnection engineering studies and provides system access to market participants connecting to the Alberta Interconnected Electric System (AIES). With the recent revamp of the interconnection process, customer projects will now be processed in batches as part of Cluster Studies.

As an Engineer in the CAS group, you’ll report to the CAS Manager and work with Lead and Senior Engineers to deliver projects and manage daily tasks.
