Overview

Assist in developing, validating, and maintaining test programs for new and existing products. Support NPI activities including test setup, qualification, and release to production. Analyze test results to identify product issues and failure trends. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve test-related product issues.

Process Test

• Support monitoring and improvement of test processes to improve yield and efficiency.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for test failures.
• Help optimize test parameters, hardware, and software.
• Participate in continuous improvement and cost reduction activities.

Manufacturing Support

• Provide daily test support to production during test issues.
• Assist in test equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
