**Description**
+ Responsible for manufacturing processes/ methods according Kautex Standards
+ Responsible for the Coordination of launch activities , design, build and commissioning of new product lines and modifications
+ Support regional AM Team by defining SOW
+ Be responsible and perform FLOW CHART / PFMEA / STW / WI.
+ Ensure your participation for Design Review and Drawing review
+ Ensure transfer of technical knowledge and prevent reoccurrence of failures
+ Solve production troubles like injection, welding, assembly and testing problems, fire fighting in the plant
+ Be responsible for successful sampling and launch of equipment, develop and follow up timing plan and actions
+ Plan and manage plant capex for new project.
+ Plan and manage plant production capacity.
