Engine Engineer

JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is looking for a skilled Engine Engineer to lead the technical development and optimization of engine systems while managing workforce efficiency through UKG. This dual-impact role requires a candidate who can handle complex mechanical engineering tasks—such as performance testing and system diagnostics—while proficiently utilizing UKG for labor analytics, project-driven scheduling, and resource allocation. You will ensure that both the engines we build and the teams that build them operate at peak performance.

Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experience in engine development and 2+ years of experience using UKGr to be considered for this role.
