About the Role
- IT Services organization with practices in custom software development, cloud infrastructure and data engineering
- Looking for an experienced Engagement Manager with experience in Data and AI/Software Development/Cloud
- Stable growth, 9 figure turnover
- Direct succession path to a Business Unit (BU) Lead position
- This person will be the sole bridge between clients and technical teams, acting as the "voice of the customer" while also coaching practitioners.
- A background in account management, delivery management, project or program Management, or client services would be a bonus
- Specializing in all things infrastructure, general custom app development, data science and engineering, etc.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and consultants.
- Location - Can be based anywhere in the Netherlands
