About the Role

Sutherland is looking for an Engagement Associate Manager – “Dr Fun” to lead initiatives that inspire, motivate, and recognize our employees. You’ll plan and execute contests, rewards programs, events, and recognition initiatives that create a fun and positive workplace locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement programs, events, and contests
• Manage event logistics, budgets, vendor contracts, and communications
• Track and report engagement metrics, proposing improvements for maximum impact
• Support creative initiatives, including custom swag and rewards
• Facilitate employee surveys, trainings, and security module completion
• Expand engagement programs across international sites and departments
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align initiatives with business goals
