Enforcement Services Operations Supervisor

Reporting to the Manager of Enforcement Services, this leadership role is central to the efficient and effective delivery of enforcement operations across Strathcona County. The Enforcement Services Operations Supervisor leads a small administrative support team while providing hands‑on operational and administrative support that ensures services run smoothly and to a high standard.

This position plays a key role in supporting investigations, guiding Community Peace Officers, and overseeing court‑related processes, while ensuring all enforcement files meet County bylaws, provincial legislation, and Alberta Public Safety and Emergency Services requirements.
