Energy Marshall

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking an Energy Marshall to support our client's Data Centre projects located in Espoo and Kirkkonummi, Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the position is set to start as soon as possible.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Develop and follow the site energy control plan.
* Manage safe energisation and shutdown of all electrical systems (LV/MV/HV) according to permits and switching schedules.
* Lead daily and weekly energy control meetings and coordinate work with MEP, commissioning, OFCI and GC teams.
* Prepare and check switching plans, method statements and risk assessments.
* Maintain energy status boards and keep records of all energised systems.
* Coordinate energisation activities and milestones with project stakeholders.
* Ensure all subcontractors follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
