Energy Business Manager

Hensall Co-op is seeking an experienced Energy Business Manager to provide commercial, financial and strategic leadership for our Energy Division. This role has accountability for sales growth, profitability, pricing strategy, financial performance and the overall success of the Energy business. This is position will work in conjunction with the Operations team and will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Energy Division ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Manage the division's financial health by developing budgets, financial forecasts, and conducting in-depth financial performance analysis.
