Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–8 years of enterprise endpoint engineering and administration experience.
- Enterprise endpoint management using Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and co-managed environments.
- Strong experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory/GPO, and endpoint security tooling (e.g., Crowd Strike).
- Experience with Azure VDI services; third-party VDI platforms (e.g., Workspot) preferred.
- Endpoint hardware experience across HP, Lenovo, Dell, and Apple platforms.
- Application packaging and deployment for enterprise endpoints; experience with Office 365, Adobe products, browsers, and remote access tools.
Plusses
- mac OS endpoint management experience (Intune, JAMF, Kandji, or similar) preferred.
