We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Floor Support Engineer to manage and support end-user IT infrastructure at the client location. If you have hands-on experience in desktop support, infrastructure troubleshooting, and user coordination, we’d love to connect with you!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for IT infrastructure, applications, and network-related issues
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems at the client office
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft O365 & Outlook
- Provide support for Microsoft Windows (Windows 10/11) and user-level application support
