About the Role

The End User Support professional is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees, ensuring reliable operation of end-user devices, applications, and connectivity. The role covers account management, endpoint and productivity tool support, hardware troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve IT issues efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd User & Account Support

  • Manage user accounts, including password resets, multi-factor authentication (MFA) issues, and access requests.
  • Perform new user onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, device setup, and profile configuration.
  • Provide user guidance and basic training on IT tools, systems, and best practices.

Endpoint & Application Support

  • Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and approved applications across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.
