About the Role
Description GSPANN is hiring an End-User Engineer to support and manage enterprise end-user computing environments. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, endpoint management, identity and access administration, and Windows 10/11 support to ensure seamless user productivity.Resolve login, synchronization, and access issues related to Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive. Investigate and handle phishing emails, manage Microsoft 365 (M365) account lock and unlock requests, assign licenses, and resolve admin portal issues. Manage SharePoint access, create and update Security Groups / Distribution Lists (SGs / DLs), and process user and group changes.
