Key Responsibilities

  • Improve staff efficiency by resolving device and system issues quickly and effectively.
  • Reduce service disruption through timely handling of incidents and service requests in line with SLAs.
  • Provide 24/7 support coverage as part of a rota that ensures continuous availability of end‑user services.
  • Automate routine technical activities to increase operational efficiency.
