Your new role

• You will oversee the IT Service Desk, EUC and VC team.
• You will lead the deployment, management, and optimisation of video conferencing solutions.
• You will manage end-user devices, security, and software deployment strategies.
• You will optimise voice, messaging, and collaboration tools to enhance communication and collaboration.
• You will implement robust access controls, authentication mechanisms, and encryption technologies to secure data at rest and in transit.
• You will manage the vendors for the company and ensure they are delivering as per SLA.
