End User Computing (EUC) Desktop Support

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated End User Computing (EUC) Desktop Support Consultant. You will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end users in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a full-time desktop support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, including Windows 10.
• Experience with desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and network protocols.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with remote desktop tools and remote troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
