End User Computing & Collaboration Engineer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or end-user computing (EUC) roles, with at least 4 years of experience in EUC, collaboration, telephony, or videoconferencing engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of EUC technologies, including Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services : Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform.
- Proficient in VDI platforms (Citrix, VMware Horizon, Azure Virtual Desktop).
- Experience with telephony systems and unified communications platforms (Cisco), including VoIP, PBX, and MS Teams Phone System.
