Job description:

Duties and Responsibilities

· Transact documents (inbound/outbound receiving documents) thru WMS/SAP.

· Ensure completion and accuracy of documentation requirements as specified by the customer.

· Responsible for generating the OBD (Out Bound Delivery) and PGI (Post Goods Issue) via SAP/WMS.

· Confirm the completeness and conformity of delivery documents such as Container Van Inspection Checklist (CVIC), Picklist, Delivery Note and Shipment Documents.

· Update monitoring and reports such as Delivery Score Card, Delivery Attainment and Pallet Monitoring.

· Proper filling of inbound & outbound delivery records.

· Reporting and escalation of abnormalities encountered thru the Team Leader or Supervisor.

Minimum Job Requirements

· At least College Level or any vocational courses.

· With 1-2 years working experience in Warehousing and Logistics.
