Job Responsibilities

• Receive endorsement of new or additional dependents from Endorsement Monitoring System
• Check and validate received endorsement
• Escalate if there are issues concerning enrolment
• Responsible for the enrolment of new members in the system
• Responsible for the cancellation of members due to resignation, termination, or any other reason indicated in the request
• Responsible for the updating member information such as change of plan, change of status, additional dependent, and additional benefits
• Receive endorsement of accounts members for renewal
• Responsible for uploading the members in the system
• Create an embossing file
• Prepare a summary list
• Endorse enrolled updated accounts members to Fulfillment Billing team
