Job Summary

The Data Encoder is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good typing speed, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately into company systems and databases
• Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies
• Update and maintain records as needed
• Organize and file documents (physical and digital)
• Generate reports when required
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
