Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Tableting / Encapsulation Lead Hand to support and lead daily production activities across multiple tablet compression machines and encapsulation machines. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for coordinating operators, ensuring GMP compliance, and meeting production and quality targets in a regulated manufacturing environment.
