Employment Senior Associate

This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-quality Senior Associate level Employment lawyer to join a premier New Zealand firm’s leading practice in Auckland.

The team sits within the wider litigation group and is led by a highly regarded partner known for technical excellence, commercial insight, and a collaborative approach. The practice advises on the full spectrum of employment matters – including corporate support, strategic advisory work, complex litigation, mediations, investigations, restructurings, and health and safety issues for major corporate clients.

The role would suit a Senior Associate with at least 8+ years’ PQE and a strong background in employment law. The firm remains open-minded on seniority and is looking for candidates who bring a genuine passion for employment law and a well-rounded skill set.
