The ES Transformation Manager leads enterprise-wide, multi-stream and multi-process HR transformation initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes. The role partners closely with executive leadership to design, govern, and execute strategic change programs that improve performance, Danoners experience, and overall organizational effectiveness.Success in this role requires strong collaboration across expert and delivery teams, including DBS Digital Innovation, Service Excellence, ES, HR Digital and IT.Key Responsibilities:Transformation Leadership
